U2D1

The off center load cell U2D1 is insensitive to off-weight weights and is particularly suitable for the construction of industrial and bench electronic scales, piece counters and packaging machines. The single point cell U2D1 guarantees high precision and maximum long-term reliability. The cell U2D1 has a 4-core shielded cable that is 30 cm long and flat with a maximum size of 400 x 600 mm.

The GIPE3000 pin load cell, made of stainless steel, is ideal where it is necessary to measure the lifting force. The pin load cells are usually mounted as pulley pins or inserted as integral parts of the machine and form the load application axis. The perfect functioning of the pin cell requires a correct configuration. Pavone Systems has developed an automatic configurator that can be used for free.

The off center load cell CB004 guarantees high precision at a competitive price and is particularly suitable for the construction of industrial and bench electronic scales, piece counters and packaging machines. The CB004 cell can be customized according to the customer's needs, for example the capacity ranges from 10 kg to 100 kg and the maximum size of the dish reaches up to 400 x 400 mm. The CB004 cell has a 4 meters shielded 4-conductor cable.

The SBR shear beam load cell, made of stainless steel and hermetically sealed, has been designed for the fiscal weighing of low-profile hoppers, tanks, belts and platforms, is 100% resistant to side loads and has a 6-conductor shielded cable 5 meters long. Furthermore, the MH MOUNTING KIT mounting accessory is available for this load cell and allows an easy assembly and installation. Also available in nickel-plated steel (SBRA model).

The CGS4-C junction box is able to connect several load cells: it synchronizes measurements and it ensures correct and accurate weight values. The CGS4-C juction box collects the signals of the individual cells and translates them into a single signal. Our junction boxes are equipped with a quick connector for the connection to our Tester 1008, which allows the immediate control of the signals of the single cells and the system diagnostics.

The Tester 1008, unique in its kind, is used to check the distribution of the load among the load cells, thus avoiding overloads or unbalances that may be harmful both for the load cells and for the precision of the measurement. Our diagnostic calibrator Tester 1008 allows you to verify the exact calibration of the four-cell systems in a short time with a simple and practical connection to the junction box, thus guaranteeing a huge time saving. In addition to that, Tester 1008 also allows you to perform the instrumental calibration of weight indicators and weight transmitters. The Tester 1008 is equipped with a monochrome touch screen display, touch keyboard, power button and ABS handheld case. The Tester 1008 can be used with cells with power supply voltage from 3 Vdc to 15 Vdc, both positive and positive and negative, with input impedance > 100 kohm.

The DAT 1400 weight transmitter has a mechanical keyboard, removable screw terminal blocks and a peak hold function for dynamic measures. It has the ability to integrate different options based on customer needs. For example, among the options there are the analog input which can be in tension or electrical and the RS485 connection to external smart junction box. The Software Optimation is given for free. This Software allows you to run certain activities such as calibration or monitoring directly from your computer. The Optimation software is provided by Pavone Systems and guarantees a perfect instrument run.

The DAT 100/RS485 product is a weight transmitter which guarantees high performance and long-term reliability. Its small width makes it possible to position a large number of transmitters inside the electrical automation panels. DAT 100/RS485 weight transmitter has an interface with intrinsically safe barriers for use in hazardous areas. It has two red status LEDs, 3 mechanical buttons behind the red door and screw terminal blocks.

The weight transmitter DAT 200 Profibus guarantees high performance and long-term reliability. Configuration and calibration can be set up directly from the front panel. The weight transmitter DAT 200 Profibus can be connected directly to the Profibus DP fieldbus. The contained dimensions allow to place a large number of transmitters within the electrical panels automation. The DAT 200 Profibus product is interfaced with Intrinsically safe barriers for use in hazardous areas. The UWT 6008 weight transmitter comes from the Pavone Systems experience. It is a unique product in the weight transmitter family and is ideal for all industrial applications where it is necessary to know the load distribution on the different cells. It is able to monitor all load cells and generate alarms due to excessive cell signal drift, missing connections, failure of one of the cells, unbalanced weight distribution. The emulative control allows the continuity of work of the weighing system even in case of failure on one of the load cells, up to the replacement of the same. The Software Optimation is given for free. This Software allows you to run certain activities such as calibration or monitoring directly from your computer. The Optimation software is provided by Pavone Systems and guarantees a perfect instrument run.
