DDR

The DDR double shear beam load cell made of stainless steel and with fully welded hermetic seal, is suitable for weighing tanks and silos and has a 12 m shielded 6-conductor cable for electrical connection. The DDR cell is easy to install and has a high linearity and low mechanical profile. Furthermore, it is also available in a high temperature version and can be customized.

SBR

The SBR shear beam load cell, made of stainless steel and hermetically sealed, has been designed for the fiscal weighing of low-profile hoppers, tanks, belts and platforms, is 100% resistant to side loads and has a 6-conductor shielded cable 5 meters long. Furthermore, the MH MOUNTING KIT mounting accessory is available for this load cell and allows an easy assembly and installation. Also available in nickel-plated steel (SBRA model).

The DAT 1400 weight transmitter has a mechanical keyboard, removable screw terminal blocks and a peak hold function for dynamic measures. It has the ability to integrate different options based on customer needs. For example, among the options there are the analog input which can be in tension or electrical and the RS485 connection to external smart junction box. The Software Optimation is given for free. This Software allows you to run certain activities such as calibration or monitoring directly from your computer. The Optimation software is provided by Pavone Systems and guarantees a perfect instrument run.

MCT 1302

The MCT 1302 touch screen weight indicator is ideal for all types of weighing, in particular for static weighing and loading / unloading and multi-component dosing. It is easy to install and use and can be customized as needed. MCT 1302 has a multilingual menu, a touch screen keyboard, removable screw terminal blocks (3.81mm pitch), internal data memory of 64 Kbytes expandable up to 1024 Kbytes and simultaneous availability of Fieldbus and analogue output. The Software Optimation is given for free. This Software allows you to run certain activities such as calibration or monitoring directly from your computer. The Optimation software is provided by Pavone Systems and guarantees a perfect instrument run.

The ATEX MC 315 weight indicator, designed and manufactured by Pavone Weighing Systems in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU and in compliance with EN 60079-0:2018, EN 60079-11:2012, EN 60079-26:2015, is a weighing instrument with ATEX certification that can be used in environments with potentially explosive atmospheres, particularly in zones ATEX 1, 21 and in zones ATEX 2, 22 (1 and 2 for gases, 21 and 22 for dust). The low energy used by the weight indicator is not sufficient to trigger explosions neither with electrical sparks nor with excessive temperatures (class T4), thus making the use of the ATEX MC 315 weight indicator safe in areas with risk of explosion. The fiber optic connection of the ATEX MC 315 weight indicator allows the necessary information to be brought to the safe area without Zener barriers to obtain the voltage or current analogue output via the S318 interface. As an alternative to the RS232 and RS485 ports, Pavone Weighing Systems provides the following Fieldbuses: Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet IP, Ethercat.

The version with rechargeable battery box (charger for recharging in a safe area) is available on request.

The CGS4-C junction box is able to connect several load cells: it synchronizes measurements and it ensures correct and accurate weight values. The CGS4-C juction box collects the signals of the individual cells and translates them into a single signal. Our junction boxes are equipped with a quick connector for the connection to our Tester 1008, which allows the immediate control of the signals of the single cells and the system diagnostics.

The Tester 1008, unique in its kind, is used to check the distribution of the load among the load cells, thus avoiding overloads or unbalances that may be harmful both for the load cells and for the precision of the measurement. Our diagnostic calibrator Tester 1008 allows you to verify the exact calibration of the four-cell systems in a short time with a simple and practical connection to the junction box, thus guaranteeing a huge time saving. In addition to that, Tester 1008 also allows you to perform the instrumental calibration of weight indicators and weight transmitters. The Tester 1008 is equipped with a monochrome touch screen display, touch keyboard, power button and ABS handheld case. The Tester 1008 can be used with cells with power supply voltage from 3 Vdc to 15 Vdc, both positive and positive and negative, with input impedance > 100 kohm.
