Load Cells Pin Load Cells

PSPRX

The PSPRX pin load cell is made of stainless steel and offers maximum resistance to impacts and overloads. The operation of the PSPRX load cell is double-ended shear beam. The PSPRX cell is insensitive to side loads and it has been designed for shooting, weighing or anti-overhead systems for overhead cranes. The PSPRX pin load cell can be customized and it has a "high temperature" version.

Accessories Electronic Overload Guard

LC 200

The LC 200 load limiter is an electronic, compact, reliable instrument, complete with display and 4 mechanical keys. It is certified and compliant with the SIL safety regulation, which allows you to avoid damage or breakage with very dangerous consequences for the operators' safety. The load limiter can control the weight through alarm and pre-alarm for failure or power failure for one or more cells thanks to the multiple connection.

Accessories Electronic Overload Guard

LC 300

The load limiter LC 300 is an electronic instrument, compact, reliable, complete with display, certified and compliant with the SIL safety regulations, which allows to avoid damages or breakages with very dangerous consequences for the operators' safety. This is a double safety load limiter. The LC 300 product has two inputs for independent load cells, a 4-digit red LED service display and removable terminal blocks.

Weighing Instrumentation Weight Transmitters

DAT 1400

The DAT 1400 weight transmitter has a mechanical keyboard, removable screw terminal blocks and a peak hold function for dynamic measures. It has the ability to integrate different options based on customer needs. For example, among the options there are the analog input which can be in tension or electrical and the RS485 connection to external smart junction box. The Software Optimation is given for free. This Software allows you to run certain activities such as calibration or monitoring directly from your computer. The Optimation software is provided by Pavone Systems and guarantees a perfect instrument run.

Weighing Instrumentation Weight Transmitters

DAT 100 RS485

The DAT 100/RS485 product is a weight transmitter which guarantees high performance and long-term reliability. Its small width makes it possible to position a large number of transmitters inside the electrical automation panels. DAT 100/RS485 weight transmitter has an interface with intrinsically safe barriers for use in hazardous areas. It has two red status LEDs, 3 mechanical buttons behind the red door and screw terminal blocks.

Accessories Junction Boxes

CGS4-C

The CGS4-C junction box is able to connect several load cells: it synchronizes measurements and it ensures correct and accurate weight values. The CGS4-C juction box collects the signals of the individual cells and translates them into a single signal. Our junction boxes are equipped with a quick connector for the connection to our Tester 1008, which allows the immediate control of the signals of the single cells and the system diagnostics.
